Robert is the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Leadership Network, a ministry equips over 380,000 leaders in over 110 countries around the world through the Global Leadership Summit.

Before joining GLN, Robert was the President/COO of Westfall Gold, Managing Partner of Ten Talents Partners, and COO/General Counsel of ECCU (now AdelFi).

Robert holds an MBA from the Wharton School, JD from Loyola Law School, and BA from UC Berkeley.

Based in Johns Creek, Georgia, Robert and Kelly are blessed with two amazing college-aged daughters, Karis and Christina.
